Sponsors need to allow sufficient time to select and populate their booths with content. All exhibition booths need to be set up at very latest one week before the event i.e. Wednesday 25 November 2020, therefore the final date for signing up for a booth is Wednesday18 November 2020.
We are expecting a greater number of attendees to sign up for the FTTH Virtual Conference 2020, so the event has the potential for extensive outreach, brand promotion and new contact generation. The FTTH Conference typically attracts an international audience (82% Europe) and the virtual event will only enhance this further.
The virtual event also has the benefit of not needing to plan or incur travel costs, hotel charges or other expenses. Furthermore, exhibition booths can be run remotely from your work place or home office.

There is 1:1 chat available through the 6Connex virtual conference platform. Using the Brella artificial networking platform, it is possible to make meeting appointments, connect by chat and hold 1:1 video calls through the platform.
Yes, exhibitor personnel get free access conference sessions and workshops provided that your team has registered using your free passes that come with your sponsor package.
You will be sent login details 2-3 weeks before the conference for the FTTH Virtual Conference 2020 networking software (depending on whether you sign up before or after the end of October 2020).
You will be sent login details the day before the conference to login to the FTTH Virtual Conference 2020 platform itself.

We had nearly 3,500 people attend the FTTH Conference 2019. Research suggests that, on average, one can expect 1.5x the number of people to register for a virtual event. Therefore, we are hoping to have several thousand people register for the FTTH Virtual Conference 2020.

You will receive your log-in details from the virtual conference platform 6Connex once you have paid for your sponsorship and selected which booth type you are to use (either template or own design for Platinum, Gold and Silver sponsors) or template for Bronze sponsors.
Every exhibitor who has booked a virtual exhibition booth receives an allocation of free tickets;
Conference speaker and workshop speakers also receive free tickets.
