BUGLAS

BUGLAS brings together the companies that in Germany lay fiber optic cables directly into buildings or households (Fiber to the Building / Home, FttB / H) and thus set up and operate future-oriented, high-performance communication networks with bandwidths up to the gigabit per second range. BUGLAS advocates investment-friendly framework conditions in which FttB / H business models can be successfully implemented. The association effectively supports the federal government's broadband strategy by promoting the establishment and expansion of its own fiber optic networks.
