Inka Klinger

Inka Klinger is Global Head of Infrastructure at Hamburg Commercial Bank, a first mover in fibre financing. Under her responsibility Hamburg Commercial Bank became one of the leading players in the fast-growing fibre sector, having the digital infrastructure portfolio of the bank has tripled in the last 2 years. Her team has a huge track record in structuring and financing tailor-made fibre transactions in Germany and across Europe. 
Inka has a vast experience in project finance and is familiar in being a pioneer, who is paving its ways in new asset sectors. She focussed on Renewables in a very early stage as one of the first debt providers. Inka accompanied the growth of green energy firstly with Vereins-und Westbank AG, then with Unicredit in several positions from relationship manager to team head before she became head of the renewables & energy franchise of Hamburg Commercial in 2011. Inka owns a master degree in business administration (Fachhochschule Flensburg).
