Since February 2011, the economist Norbert Westfal has been managing director of the commercial division and, since 2016, CEO at EWE TEL GmbH; a subsidiary of the EWE AG in Oldenburg. Since November 2014, Norbert Westfal has been president of BREKO, which represents the majority of all landline competitors of Deutsche Telekom AG. . Norbert Westfal began his professional career at the Mannesmann group, where he served in various management functions, until his change to EWE TEL as CFO at Arcor AG & Co. KG.
