Overall he has more than 25 years experience in structuring and underwriting of large scale financial transactions.
In his current role he is overseeing HCOB’s Project Finance Analysis department which is responsible for Structuring, Execution and Portfolio Management of loan transactions, including the bank’s significant digital infra structure book.
Prior to this role he had management positions in credit risk management for a wide variety of asset classes including i.a. national and international Real Estate, Corporates and Shipping.
Hans holds a university degree in Business Administration.
Since March 2024 Hans Lötzer is board member and treasurer of the FTTH Council Europe.
