Telecommunications has never been more critical to the global economy and the sector has been only mildly disrupted during the pandemic. Now that the European Electronic Communications code will come into national legislation soon to foster investments in Very High Capacity Networks (VHCNs) – and especially fibre for fixed networks – this workshop will review some of the real-world proven fibre business models, where private financing is involved and rewarded.
